Upper body workout class for runners

This is a 30-minute strength and conditioning class for endurance athletes. Whether you’re a runner, cyclist or triathlete, upper body strength is useful for maintaining good form and running economy.

For this class, the only prop you will need is a chair (kitchen chair, dining chair both work great) or anything you can grab on to. And, for most of the class, you won’t even need that. Everything we’re doing is bodyweight exercises.
