Upper Body STRENGTH workout // With Dumbbells
Today we are focusing on building strength in the upper body! This dumbbell workout will run you through 4 circuits loaded with exercises to tighten and tone the arms, shoulders, chest + back. We will be completing 12 reps of each move and 3 sets of each circuit total woohoo!! Whether you are working out at home or at the gym, grab those weights and follow along!
Weights I’m using:
small set = 5lbs each
medium set = 10lbs each
large = 25lbs
