Sculpted Upper Body // Dynamic + Isometric Workout
We are sculpting out that upper body with today’s superset dumbbell workout! Combining both dynamic and isometric exercises in today’s workout will help build lean muscle while also focusing on stability and muscular endurance. Isometric workouts can be highly effective and are typically recommended for those with sensitive joints or arthritis. In general, I believe they are most effective for maintaining strength and building stability and when combined with dynamic movements may also improve agility and mobility. Plus, it’s just fun to switch it up some times and keep that body guessing! So, give it a try and let me know what you think!
