NASM HOW TO PERFORM THE OHS ASSESSMENT | ACT7VE

In this video I demonstrate how to do the OHS assessment, 3 common compensations and the likely underactive/overactive muscles that occur with each (realized for the underactive muscles of the arms falling forward I stated the muscles for if your head were to protrude forward…The underactive muscles for arms falling forward would be your Mid/Lower Traps, Rhomboids and Rotator cuff). This information is crucial to know if you want to pass the NASM CPT! If you had trouble following along or would like more guidance message me to join our group NASM review or 1-1 tutoring with myself. We’ve helped 1,500 pass NASM with our study guide & guidance, will you be next?!
