Workout:
Perform as many reps as possible within 1 minute.
Rest 30 seconds between exercises.

1. Pop Squats
2. Jumping Jacks
3. Sprawls
4. Mountain Climbers

Count your reps and write them down. Repeat this workout regularly to check your progress.
