Exercises for Parkinson's: Balance Exercises

Maintaining balance can come as a challenge for people with Parkinson’s disease. Hence, balance training exercises are important to help with maintaining balance in order to prevent falls. In this video, our physiotherapist, Shi Min, shares a few exercises that will help improve one’s balance.
