Dumbbell Strength For Runners | Workout Wednesday #2

We’re back for another Workout Wednesday! Get those dumbbells out for a very effective routine to build strength for runners.
Your Workout:
Perform 5-8 dumbbell deadlifts for quality.
Perform 5-8 squat-to-overhead-press with dumbbells for quality.
Perform 10 (total) plank rows with dumbbells for quality.
Rest as needed.
Repeat for 4 rounds total.
*For a more “cardio” version: use lighter dumbbells, increase the # of repetitions and minimize the rest.
