Build up your upper body strength and tone your arms, chest, shoulders and back in under 10 minutes with this Upper Body Blast Workout.

This video will take you through five simple upper body moves you can do with dumbbells that will really make a difference in your upper body strength. While the exercises are being demonstrated, Bowflex Fitness Advisor, Tom Holland will also speak to the proper techniques for performing each move.

This workout includes the following five strength building exercises:
1) Chest Press
2) Tricep Extension
3) Bicep Curls
4) Overhead Press
5) One Arm Dumbbell Rows

Each exercise is done with 10 reps and the circuit is done 2 times through.
