30 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT – Grab your dumbbells and hit this 30 minute strength workout guaranteed to help you sculpt a strong back and toned arms.

You’ll need a bench + a variety of weighted dumbbells to complete this strength workout from home. I used 1 set of 5kg + 7kg + 10kg but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level.
This workout is made up of a combination of super sets and single sets to help maximise our time and our gains. You’ll be working on each set 3 x through. 30 seconds work/10 seconds rest, with a 30 second rest between supersets.
