25 min. UPPER BODY/AB STRENGTHENING WORKOUT, Easy to follow for seniors and beginners

You ask, I deliver! Many of you asked for an upper body weight training video…here you go! I think you will find this easy to follow and a full upper body workout! This would be a great video to follow one of my cardio / low impact aerobics videos or after a walk! You will need a pair of hand weights (soup cans or full water bottles can work). Strengthening is key to help manage arthritis, osteoporosis, and weakness. Enjoy!
