In this video Meredith is guiding you through an easy to follow, all seated resistance bands workout focusing on upper body and core.

This is a beginner level routine and is designed to give you a great upper body workout in just 20 minutes! Using resistance bands, Meredith walks you through movements designed to tone and strengthen your upper body including your shoulders, biceps, triceps as well as finishing movements to strengthen your core.

Resistance bands are a great way to add strength training to your workouts in a safe and manageable way. This is an all seated exercise which will also add stability to your foundation and allow you to focus on just the upper body movements alone.

As always only do movements that you are comfortable with and never force anything that causes pain or discomfort. Take breaks when you need to and have a great workout!
