10 MIN BEGINNER UPPER BODY WORKOUT | Arms, Back & Chest | Eylem Abaci

A new upper body workout is hereee & it’s beginner friendly with breaks! ♥︎ This workout targets your entire upper body – arms, shoulders, back & chest. Perfect to tone and sculpt. I have included 2 exercises with weights, but you can do them without any weights as well. And if you don’t have weights at home, you can use water bottles instead. Have fun! 🙂

▪️ Intensity: Beginner / Low Impact

▪️ Recommendations:
• Repeating the workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other upper body workouts.
